NAIROBI, 8 Mar 2004 (IRIN) - Kenyan Foreign Minister Kalonzo Musyoka, who is also the chairman of the Inter-Governmental Authority on Development (IGAD) ministerial facilitation committee for the Somali peace talks, has announced that Somalia's interim charter will be launched on 13 March by the IGAD Council of Ministers. |
